We help companies and organisations care for and reward their employees and members.Role PurposeAttract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products to generate new business and to provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention, increase market share and contribute to the overall business objectives and its long-term viability.Requirements2 years' experience in a sales and/or customer service role2 years' experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry rendering financial advice (advantageous)Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualificationCompliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirementsFinance or Business related tertiary qualification (desirable)Driver's license and own transport (desirable)Duties & ResponsibilitiesInternal ProcessEngage with prospective clients to highlight the features and benefits of various products based on their financial wellness needs.Sell products in line with client's financial needs by conducting affordability analysis.Calculate and advise on tax and legal implications of products and/or changes.Accurately capture client information, relevant actions, and sales on the systems.Complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.Achieve set targets on production, quality, and conversion.Adhere to compliance requirements in the sales process.Provide financial advice to enhance client's financial wellness.ClientInvestigate client queries within the agreed service level and ensure that client receives timely feedback.Escalate client queries to the relevant department or stakeholder.Provide accurate information and advice to clients to ensure they receive appropriate services.Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Participate in a culture that builds rewarding relationships and provides exceptional client service.PeopleDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with peers and stakeholders.Positively influence and participate in change initiatives.Continuously develop own expertise in professional, industry, and legislation knowledge.FinanceIdentify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.Manage financial and other company resources with due respect.CompetenciesExamining Information: Analyse and process information to find solutions.Interacting with People: Build strong relationships and networks.Convincing People: Persuade others and negotiate effectively.Articulating Information: Explain concepts clearly and confidently.Thinking Positively: Maintain optimism and recover easily from setbacks.Meeting Timescales: Focus on meeting targets and deadlines.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionFinance and Sales
