This role is available immediatelyNew opportunity as Financial Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper with this award-winning restaurant group based in Cape Town.The client is requiring a Financial Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper with restaurant industry experience, expert in Micros point of sale & Microsoft packages.Key Responsibilities:Capturing of invoices & transfers between multiple storesCapturing mid-month and month-end stock takes, finalizing discrepancies & publishing GP reportsWeekly payroll of staff, including monthly SARS and DoL documentationWeekly payments to suppliers & recon with supplier statements & credit notesMaintenance of employee records / contractsAssist BOH admin managementSalary package: R20 000 ctc
