Job Title: Financial Accountant - MiningLocation: Johannesburg, South AfricaHire Resolve's Client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Accountant to join their mining company in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting within the mining sector and possess excellent analytical skills.Responsibilities:Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS standardsPerform financial analysis and reporting on key performance indicatorsEnsure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standardsMonitor and review budgetary performanceManage accounts payable and receivable processesAssist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgetsContribute to the improvement of financial processes and systemsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designationMinimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the mining industryStrong knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in financial analysis software and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentBenefits:Salary: R700k - R800kOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
