This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team in a family-oriented work environment, where collaboration and employee well-being are highly valued.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize financial performance.Implement and oversee management accounting practices, including cost analysis and margin analysis.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage tax planning and compliance, including VAT, income tax, and payroll.Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions to maintain strong financial relationships.Oversee asset management and inventory controls.Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.Requirements:Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.Proficient in financial management principles, management accounting, and tax regulations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Fluent in Afrikaans, both written and spoken (non-negotiable).Benefits:Remuneration:R50 000 - R55 000
