Automotive Dealership Finance Manager - East RandThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Overall financial management of the dealership.Provide direction, management, and leadership in the accounting, business planning, and budgeting efforts of the company by ensuring a healthy and sustainable financial position.Provide timely and relevant financial management reports to all stakeholders and ensure that all relevant financial disclosure is completed on time and in the envisaged time frames.Requirements: (Non negotiable)Must have B-Com Degree / B-Com Hons.CA qualification will be an added advantage.At least 10 years' experience in the motor industry, especially at dealership level, of which 3-5 years must be managing a finance team.Solid experience and understanding of new and used vehicle sales management and the aftersales business.Experience with F&I offerings and extensive financial experience.In-depth knowledge of working with OEM at a national level.A good relationship and network of key stakeholders that will positively impact the business, i.e., customers and suppliers.Good system knowledge of Evolve, IAL, or similar Dealer Management systems.Must be proficient in both English and Afrikaans.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
