Compile monthly management accounts, analyze and report on variances, and determine actionsPrepare and maintain trial balance and balance sheets, control and maintain asset register, and process month-end journalsManage SARS submissions, address and resolve queries, and handle all tax, VAT, and compliance mattersReconcile debtors and creditors, load creditor payments, and check invoices for accuracy and sign-offOversee petty cash transactions, prepare audit files, liaise and manage auditors, and load all paymentsPrepare wages and salaries for payment, manage absenteeism, leave, daily reports, and Time & Attendance softwareMaintain staff files and records, handle disciplinary actions, and manage HR functionsLead and manage the admin team, collaborate with all team functions, and ensure compliance with accounting and financial management principles in daily operations and practicesSkills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent numeracy skills and data analysis abilitiesProficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data extraction, and formatting), Word, Outlook, Pastel, and Microsoft Teams Experience with Pastel Qualification:SAICA or SAIPA ArticlesDegree in Finance Contact OLIVIA MELTZER on
