A Financial Services company operating in Stellenbosch is seeking a Finance Business Partner to design and execute finance projects and manage the group treasury function.The company is recruiting for a new role within its group finance team to enhance and optimise financial structures. This role requires balancing financial diligence with entrepreneurial energy, an analytical mindset, and a passion for African business. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the business holistically, designing and executing financial projects, and developing the financial control environment. The role also includes cashflow forecasting, liquidity management, managing foreign currency risk, engaging with lenders, reviewing legal agreements, and corporate finance and tax structuring.The successful candidate will work closely with various teams across the organisation, influencing and guiding financial practices and policies.
