Fiduciary Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage the day-to-day administration of trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review trust documentation, manage trust assets, and handle distributions and transactions. Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders. Address and resolve any queries related to trust administration. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all trust activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Prepare and review regular reports, financial statements, and other documentation as required. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in trust administration. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
