IGrow Wealth Investments, South Africa's #1 Property Investment Company, is looking for a FIC Compliance Officer to join their team in Cape Town.To qualify for this position, you need:MatricKnowledge of FICA Experience in FIC Audits Duties and Responsibilities:Identifying and reporting of any suspicious transactions to the FIC promptly and efficiently. Ensure the company's reporting procedures are effective and compliant with FICA requirementsRegistering with FICSubmitting regulatory reports to the FICImplementing a risk-based approachDeveloping a risk management and compliance programEstablishing beneficial ownershipConducting customer due diligenceKeeping registers of all transactionsMeticulous checking of FICA documents received and ensuring it complies with industry standardsEnsuring the company complies with it outside regulatory and legal requirementsCommunicate with senior management and staff members about FICA's requirements and the company compliance program
