Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join our team in the steel industry.
The ideal candidate must have experience in managing a team of 15-20 people and be proficient in overseeing factory operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all factory operations to ensure efficient and effective production.- Lead and supervise a team of 15-20 employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.- Coordinate with different departments, including production, quality control, and maintenance, to optimize workflow.- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company objectives and customer demands.- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and compliance with industry standards.- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth functioning of the factory.- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, staff performance, and operational activities.- Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in the steel industry.- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing 15-20 people.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work 40 hours per week.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using factory management software and tools.Salary: Market-related and will be discussed during the initial stages of the hiring process.If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
