Factory Manager (Gauteng)

This manufacturer of high performance material used in a wide range of industrial applications are looking to appoint a Factory Manager for their Edenvale conversion facility. Responsible for all production, engineering and related functions to meet standard and customer specific products across two shifts on 10 conversion lines, you will lead a team of 40 staff. To be considered you will need to have a national diploma in Operations Management or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of five years experience in Production or Factory Management in a technical or jobbing shop environment, leading staff, where you will have gained a thorough understanding of Lean manufacturing, Inventory Management, Quality systems, ERP, OHS, CNC, CAD and CAM The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary together with subsidised medical aid and pension.
