Requirements Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high-performing team. Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a guest-oriented approach. Deep understanding of fine dining standards and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in budgeting, cost management, and inventory control.
