We are looking for a dynamic well-spoken, well-presented, smart and efficient EXECUTIVE PA – who has previous PA experience at a Senior Level, and natural the ability to use her own initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.
 SUMMARY OF ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist EXCO as and when requiredCoordinating travel arrangements - both local and internationalDiary coordination & managementCoordinating meetings & schedulesEngagement with stakeholdersTyping of correspondence (Schedules, monthly GM reports etc)General Secretarial duties (Minutes, typing, filing and admin)Coordination of special internal events  Coordination of communication relating to the Various companiesFinancial recons of all travel & expensesAny other duties as required by the CEO. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCE:Previous Experience at Senior LevelMust have a valid drivers licence and ideally own reliable vehicleMinimum Qualification: Matric + Tertiary EducationMust have ability to use own initiative & work in a fast-paced environmentCompetence with ERP software, especially Oracle/JD Edwards or SAP is an advantageComputer literate (Google sheet/Excel, Google docs/Word) with speed and accuracy.
Confident with excellent verbal & communications skillsTeam player with a positive attitude who actively promotes a positive work environmentBeneficial: Previous experience within the Engineering & Energy sector .
