ProStaffSelect is in search of a multi-skilled and talented EXEC SOUS CHEF to share daily responsibilities for managing overall production for this high-profile brigade.
REQUIREMENTS:

Formal cheffing qualification with at least 4-6 years in a senior chef position within a Top 10 Eat Out high standard kitchen environment.
Previous experience in managing a team of at least 16 Fine Dining / High-Profile Chefs.
Stable employment history with exceptional career growth within premier establishments.
Excellent communicator, highly organized personality who engages easily with the team.
Efficient delegator and motivator, developer of people.
Strong admin, HR, and computer skills.
