Position Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating leads by cold calling businesses throughout the day navigating gatekeepers and prequalifying potential clients. The candidate will primarily focus on generating interest in the companys services including phone systems Internet and networking solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong energy and motivation to succeed with clear communication skills and the ability to engage prospects naturally.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to businesses and navigate through gatekeepers to connect with decisionmakers.Prequalify businesses that may benefit from the companys services.Enter gathered data and business information into the CRM (Zoho CRM is preferred but experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus).Hand off qualified leads to the internal sales team for further followup and inperson meetings.Maintain accurate records of interactions and followups in the CRM. Qualifications: High proficiency in spoken and written English with clear enunciation.Prior experience in cold calling lead generation or appointment setting.Strong motivation and sales drive with a focus on performancebased compensation.Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce).Technology literate with an interest in telecommunications and technology services.
