Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue. Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities. Coach and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and team performance. Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service experiences that exceed expectations. Foster a customercentric culture within the team. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Build strong relationships with loyal customers. Team Management: Recruit hire and train a highperforming sales team. Develop and implement performance management systems. Provide ongoing coaching mentoring and development opportunities. Manage team performance and address any issues promptly. Store Operations: Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the store. Manage inventory levels and stock control. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Brand Representation: Represent the brands values and image. Ensure consistent brand execution throughout the store. Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor activity. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in a highend luxury brand.
