Estate Maintenance Manager

- Own transport- 3-5 years of experience as an Electrician- Computer Literate- Must be able to shop around for parts and prices and quotes.- Hands on administration- Must control maintenance on vehicles and equipment- Estate maintenance team - about 8 workers.- Security maintenance team (3 technicians) who manage fence, gates, tree gates and 300 cameras.Compensation- depending on experience.No overtime.
