About the Role: Are you passionate about connecting with people and creating memorable experiences? This role involves managing customer journeys from initial inquiries to post-event excitement. Youll handle communications, support marketing, and contribute to operations, ensuring our equestrian customers have a spectacular experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to emails, messages, phone calls, and live chats. Drive sales by following up on inquiries and converting interest into bookings. Manage customer queries, payments, and refunds in collaboration with the finance team. Gather and share rider stories for use across marketing and communications. Craft engaging copy for newsletters, social media, and customer templates. Coordinate travel, manage event swag, and oversee freelancers and volunteers. Support the race program and continuously improve systems and processes. About You: A deep connection to equestrianism you understand the thrill and dedication it takes to care for horses plan exciting trail rides. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments . Willingness to travel to events, camp out, and embrace an adventurous, hands-on approach.
