Epoxy Team Leader

Yes, we are still looking for people for these positions (several positions available to fill) My client is seeking an experienced Epoxy Team Leader to oversee the application of epoxy coatings and finishes on their retail fixtures and displays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy application, team management, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Duties: Lead and manage a team of epoxy applicators, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
Train team members on proper epoxy application techniques and safety protocols.
Ensure that all epoxy applications meet quality standards and client specifications.
Monitor epoxy inventory and order materials as needed to maintain production schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Perform regular quality checks and inspections of finished products.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot issues related to epoxy application and provide solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications: Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
Proven experience in epoxy application and team leadership.
Knowledge of epoxy products, application methods, and curing processes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
THE SALARY FOR THIS POSITION IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MEIBC WAGES ON GRADE B
