Mission / Core purpose of the Job:
To provide efficient technical support by troubleshooting faults, change incidents, and resolving calls logged by internal clients, enterprise clients, and 3rd party service providers within specified SLA terms. Provide technical support to the onsite field technician as well as procure equipment and configure solutions to provide a high level of service to the customer.
