Job Overview: FluentPet is revolutionizing the way humans and their pets communicate through our innovative tools and community-based research.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and data-driven E-commerce Growth & Revenue Manager to drive revenue and optimize merchandising and operations across our e-commerce platforms.
This role is responsible for managing the merchandising strategy, SKU mix, and overall performance across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and others.
You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing product inventories, and ensuring that our products are optimally displayed and promoted.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce operations, is adept at working with multiple platforms, and is passionate about delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization: Ownership of revenue performance across Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms, driving consistent growth and profitability.Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales funnels, increase conversion rates, and improve customer acquisition and retention.Analyze data to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities to drive revenue growth. Merchandising & SKU Management: Manage merchandising strategy and oversee SKU mix across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.Ensure that product listings are optimized for maximum visibility, sales, and conversion across all platforms.Monitor and adjust product offerings and pricing strategies based on sales data, market conditions, and competitive analysis. E-commerce Operations & Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of FluentPet's online stores, including inventory management, pricing, promotions, and product launches.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment.Lead the planning and execution of sales events, product launches, and other key initiatives to drive growth. Amazon & Shopify Expertise: Optimize storefronts and listings on Amazon and Shopify to maximize product visibility and conversion rates.Manage PPC campaigns on Amazon and other platforms to drive traffic and increase sales.Regularly review and refine product pages, ensuring they are optimized for search algorithms and customer engagement. Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).Implement A/B testing and other methods to continuously improve sales performance.Utilize insights to make informed decisions on merchandising, pricing, and marketing efforts. Project Management & Organization: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure timely execution of key e-commerce initiatives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including inventory management, product launches, and sales events.Collaborate closely with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure inventory availability and resolve any fulfillment issues. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or revenue management, with a proven track record of driving sales on Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms.Technical Skills:Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other data analysis tools.Experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon and Google Ads.Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).Soft Skills:Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the pet industry or a mission-driven company.Proven success in scaling e-commerce revenue in North or South American markets.Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO tactics, and digital marketing strategies.
