Job Summary:
Join our team as a Duty Manager in the dynamic hospitality industry. As a Duty Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operations of our establishment. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a flair for customer service excellence and adept team management skills.
Duties:

Oversee daily operations to maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction levels
Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations for a safe dining experience
Collaborate with culinary staff on expediting food orders and upholding high-quality standards
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage costs effectively to enhance profitability
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and efficiently managing payroll
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth

Experience:

Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is required
Proficiency in food production, food preparation, team management, culinary skills, supervising, bartending, and leadership is essential
Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams effectively
Strong knowledge of industry best practices related to hotel operations and customer satisfaction

Pay: £23,786.00-£25,597.00 per year
