Requirements: Grade 12 and a diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism.Preferably 2-3 years of experience at the front desk in a similar role.A passion for the hospitality industry.Experience working with distinguished clientele.Well-presented, with a professional demeanor and attitude.Punctual, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented.Proficient in basic computer skills and administration.Willingness to work night shifts as needed.
