Mandarin-Speaking Document Controller / HSE Admin (Temp)Location: Johannesburg, South AfricaContract: Temporary PositionWe are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidate, ideally with Logistics experience, to join our client on an initial 6-month contract basis, in Johannesburg.Key Responsibilities:Format HSEC and operational procedures into standardised templatesSet up a document control system for both existing and new proceduresDevelop smart, interactive Excel tools and dashboards for HSEC and operational processesAssist in the standardization of documents and working tools across the regionKey Competencies:Proficient in Microsoft WordHigh proficiency in English – reading, writing, and comprehensionFluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills – ability to develop formula-linked sheets, templates, power queries, and macros. Power BI knowledge is a plusStrong attention to detailExcellent analytical skills
