Candidate Requirements:A minimum of 3-5 years of previous tour consulting experience requiredShould have a passion for delivering service excellenceMust have a good understanding of South Africa, Southern, and East Africa Must have sales process and methodology skillsShould have an understanding of travel industry channels and destinationsMust have strong problem-solving skills and experiential creativityShould have relevant business understanding to create strategies and make commercial decisionsMust have excellent computer skills, including ESS, MS Office and WETUPrevious experience with TourPlan is highly advantageous Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenShould have strong time management, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilitiesKey Outputs:Creative planning and designing of itinerariesManaging the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achievedHandling of bookings from quote to finalising, invoicing and travel documentsConsistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners and colleaguesEmergency duty will be on a rotational basisWorking hours early and late shift on a weekly rotational basisCalm and professional manner of servicing agents and guestsProactive selling of our products and services ensuring the best possible safari for the guestsLocation: Gauteng, SandtonClick on the IMAGE for more information and to submit an application online
