Company OverviewCompany in the cosmetics retail packaging industry.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExecute the dispatching of stock in line with company policy and procedures.Execute the picking and issuing stock in line with company policy and procedures.Ensure all shortages are accurately reported.Ensure all discrepancies and queries are reported in a timely manner.Responsible for the safety standards of stock in stores.Maximise use of available technology to maintain high standard and cost-effective materials control.Ensure all stock is kept in locations that are properly maintained and kept in a tidy manner.Responsible for verifying physical stock quantities against stock reports using either manual or electronic means.Perform stock adjustments on the system.Liaise with customers on incoming goods.Job card costing and sign off.Conduct inventory analysis as required.Flag any shortages/issues.Control and schedule deliveries and collections.Maintain dispatch, driver, and vehicle checklist logs.Publish and maintain finished goods warehouses.Perform all tasks to satisfactory quality and time standards.Conduct counts accurately in line with company procedures.Responsible and accountable for allocated materials and warehouses.Perform any other job-related functions as instructed by management.Desired Experience & QualificationsExperience within warehouse and dispatching role.Please include your current salary, minimum expected salary, and notice period.
