Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented In-House Administrator to support our courier operations.
The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments.
Key Responsibilities: Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.Assist with scheduling and coordinating courier deliveries.Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.Provide support to the operations team with any administrative needs as well as some physical Labour.Qualifications: Previous administrative experience, preferably in logistics or a courier environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
