ResponsibilitiesReceiving Shipments: Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
Unload trucks and ensure items are stored correctly.Dispatching Orders: Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
Coordinate with delivery personnel and ensure proper documentation.Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.Documentation: Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and filed appropriately.Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards before dispatch.Communication: Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to resolve any issues related to shipments.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely. QualificationsMust have Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification.Must have clear criminal record.2 - 3 years experience in dispatching and receiving of stockAdmin experience requiredExcel required How to Apply:Please submit a Word or PDF version of your CV, scanned PDFs will not be accepted.
