These jobs were popular with other job seekersOur client in the Supply Chain requires, the services of a Dispatch Coordinator that is reliable and hardworking to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey performance areas:Check stock to assist pickers and escalate discrepancies to Warehouse SupervisorOrganise and communicate with customers for the transportation of returns and creditsOrganise and communicate with bulk and local outsource deliveriesCommunicate with customers regarding orders, ETA's and late deliveriesSupport with picking, packing and stock counts as requiredPrepare waybills for bulk and local outsource deliveriesAssist customers with collections and deliveries as requiredParticipate in HSE activities, housekeeping and pro-active reportingEnsure documentation for transport and deliveries are completed and filedHandle customer queries - incorrect dispatch of deliveriesCommunicate roadmap, directions and contact details with customersParticipate in operation excellence and continuous improvement activitiesDesired Experience & QualificationThe successful candidate must have:MatricMust have 3 years working experience in dispatchValid forklift license with experience of drivingProficient in ERP systems would be advantageousSAP experience would be advantageousStrong sense of time management and prioritisationAble to work independently and within a teamExcellent numeracy and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and organisational skillsMust be customer-orientatedComputer literate – (Word, Excel and Outlook)Excellent communication skills: Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transportPlease note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.If you do send an email to the recruiter directly: please state the position you are applying forPackage & RemunerationTo be discussed during the inteview stage. These jobs were popular with other job seekers
