Rotating: Mon-Sat 6:30 am- 8:00 pm. Primarily looking for PM Weekday coverage with the occasional morning and weekend.$10 - $14 per hour (DOE).Position SummaryResponsible for washing dishes from the baking and frosting departments and cleaning the bakery. Cleaning includes the floors, walls, bathrooms, shelves, etc. This team member will also assist with folding boxes, labeling containers and assisting other departments as directed.This position also assists in deliveries and setting up/taking down of booth at events.RequirementsAvailability based on potential work schedule listed above.Meet age requirements to operate bakery equipment and utilize assigned delivery van (21+ Years).Ability to lift 50 lbs.Has physical stamina. Ability to work on feet for an 8-hour shift.Possess a strong sense of teamwork.Fits the brand culture.Has the ability to work under pressure.Finds comfort doing repetitive work.Has a strong sense of pride in his work.Understands the importance of maintaining a clean work area.Preferred1+ years experience in a kitchen or food establishment.Responsibilities (Includes but may not be limited to)Abide by all NBC policies and procedures.Uphold the NBC image and brand.Wash all dishes from the baking and frosting departments.Receive, inspect and put away inventory deliveries.Keep walls, floors, shelves and surfaces clean.Clean refrigerator and cooler units.Fold boxes and label containers as directed.Take out trash/boxes.Assist baker and froster as directed.Service grease trap or notify manager when service is needed.Assist in guest deliveries.Complete in house maintenance on bakery equipment.Assist in setting up/taking down booths at offsite events as assigned.Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a Dishwasher or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant or foodservice environment is a plus.Work Availability:Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.Join Our Growing FamilyFrom "Happy Birthday" to "Just Because," Nothing Bundt Cakes is committed to bringing joy to our guests and our communities and helping make every celebration sweeter!
