Leading Truck and Trailer Manufacturer in the heavy engineering & automotive industry require a Production Manager for their facility based in Phoenix, Durban.Do you have a passion for world-class systems and customer service? If so, this job could be for you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise Site Staff (approximately 120 Staff)Comply with OSH Act safety and ISO 9001 Quality SystemProduction Planning and Material ForecastingMeet promised Delivery Dates and Monthly Output TargetsMaintain and Improve 5S StandardsDrive Continuous Improvement to reduce defects in the Manufacturing FacilityQualifications And Experience RequiredExperience in the Heavy Engineering or Motor IndustryGood Numerical, Communication and Computer SkillsExperience with Performance ManagementProven track record of Lean Manufacturing PrinciplesExperience with problem-solving toolsKnowledge of ISO 9001 Quality SystemsSuitable Production and/or Technical QualificationApproximately 5 Years of Production Management ExperienceCompetitive Salary Based On Qualifications And Experience.Please attach an updated CV, qualifications, ID & driver's license.
