Finance and Purchasing Team of approximately 12 Associates
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday
Salary:
R80,000 to R90,000 per month

Role Description:
As the Director of Finance, you will take charge of the financial planning and management of our organization. Your role will involve overseeing financial statements, reporting, and analysis, ensuring that the finance function supports our strategic goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Reporting:
Oversee and manage all financial planning and reporting activities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with company standards.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the Finance and Purchasing Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and financial improvements.
Systems & Processes:
Oversee financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Implement best practices and streamline financial operations.
Hospitality Industry Insight:
Utilize your knowledge of the hospitality industry to align financial strategies with industry standards and practices.
Qualifications:
CA Qualification or similar finance/accounting certification is highly advantageous
Strong financial planning and reporting skills
Proven ability to analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry
Knowledge of financial systems and processes
