Mission: The primary role of the Marketing & Sales Controlling team is to manage and optimize financial aspects related to sales, marketing, and aftersales activities. This includes budgeting, cost analysis, financial reporting, and ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI. The Director plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of sales and marketing functions within the company to drive financial success.
