***This position requires relocation to Saudi Arabia***MCG Talent are partnered with an international communications agency who are working on a large construction project in Saudi Arabia.This position will lead the internal communications for a segment of that project, based in Dubai with travel to Saudi involved.Role includes accommodation, food, travel expenses, plus a healthy salary package.DescriptionEstablish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers.Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine, or regular email bulletin. You may also be required to work on the layout of content.Keep clients informed of progress and answer their questions.Manage and support other members of the internal communications team.Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form.Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations affecting organisational perception and reputation.RequirementsMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in an internal communication and/or employee engagement role.Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including superior writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the firm.Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven, and collaborative.Ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.Consistently demonstrates strong business acumen and judgment.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.PLEASE NOTE: This role requires someone who has worked specifically in an internal communications role and will not accept applicants without the necessary titles.
