This role involves overseeing advertising campaigns and optimizing delivery processes.SKILLS REQUIREDPaid media advertisingCampaign analysisCommunication and collaborationOrganizational skillsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPaid Media Advertising:Develop and execute paid media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google and any other platforms that may later be introduced.Monitor ad campaign performances and optimize for better ROI, CPM and CTR.Generate additional leads for retail & restaurants through the use of Lead-Gen ads.Run monthly ads from external ad agencies supporting restaurants.Manage all adhoc ad requests received via partner portals and other channels.Delivery (software) Management:Manage various delivery functions within the business, ensuring they are effective to meet targets.Implement regular campaigns to maintain visibility and meet customer demands.Support restaurants with adhoc requests for all brands (dark kitchens included) where support is required.Daily monitoring of bidding ads across Uber Eats & Mr D to ensure high conversion rates and lowered costs.Reporting:Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign and delivery performance.Report monthly on key metrics and KPIs to the Head of E-Commerce.Identify and implement new technologies to improve advertising and delivery operations.Propose innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.Spend Management:Manage spend for paid media advertising and delivery operations.Ensure expenditures are within allocated limits.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeContractJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesRestaurants
