Deputy Regional Manager (Vandalism)

Manage all the Regional Vandalism and 3rd Party spares to ensure smooth operation of the Network. This includes strong leadership, supporting team members (especially the Regional Manager), and communicating & cooperating with other departments.NOTE: Own transport and valid Driver's License are essential.THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:Relevant diplomaAt least 3-5 years of relevant working experience within TelecomDemonstrated team leadershipTHE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, AMONG OTHERS, THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:Manage the detailed Vandalism Process in the RegionDrive and manage Vandalism documentationPlan/schedule Vandalism repairs and ensure customer requirements/priorities are metPlan spare requirements for RegionsCo-ordinate vandalism spares with the relevant teamsEnsure quality Vandalism repairs (remote action)Be prepared to work long hours as requiredBe prepared to travel away from home from time to time
