Role Summary: Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Director: Policy Planning and Research Analyst to support the execution of policy planning and research for the National Skills Authority Secretariat. The successful candidate will conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions.Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent report writing and communication skills.Ability to coordinate research projects and manage collaborations.Attention to detail with respect to data and information.Professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Science, Economics, or an equivalent qualification, at NQF level 7.Three to five years' experience in social policy analysis and research.Extensive experience in data investigation and knowledge management and statistics.Post-graduate qualification in research related qualification will be an added advantage.
