Depot Manager

Depot Manager Portfolio:Effectively and efficiently manage the Depot to ensure the desired level of support and delivery of fuel to customers against SLA objectives and targets.Ensure all safety procedures are followed.Full management of all staff, customers, and suppliers, including requested reports to management.Manage offloading of diesel at selected customers and the Germiston depot.Manage and control all stock and inventory, including office purchases.Ensure all data capturing is done accurately on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Respond to all internal and external communications on all company platforms.Provide clear and accurate reports to management.Ensure that the opening and closing of shifts are done as per company standard operating procedures.Be available on a 24-hour standby basis.Sales Portfolio:Build a commercial customer base for all petroleum and lubricant products.Responsible for new business while servicing the existing client base.Target-driven with the ability to work unsupervised.Visit Petroleum Installations and have a sound knowledge of all SHERQ SOP.Attend tender briefings when requested.Manage key account customers and provide client services.Minimum Requirements:Matric6-10 years of Fueling Depot management experienceStrong Marketing Research and Sales expertiseExperience in the Petroleum Industry is essentialBCom Marketing or a similar qualification will be advantageousStrong skills in MS Office packagesStrong communication skillsValid drivers license with no endorsementsClear criminal checks
