Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with programme delivery, ensuring proactive management and resolution of issues. Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies, and maintaining high standards of quality. Agile Delivery: Implement and promote Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Pre-Sales Solutioning: Support pre-sales activities by providing expert insights and shaping solutions that meet client needs. Digital Transformation: Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance business processes and outcomes. Team Leadership: Build and manage high-performing teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior resources. Commercial management: Manage the overall programme and project budgets, enabling on budget delivery. Additional Information Revenue and Financial Targets: Responsible for achieving revenue targets, with a focus on delivery and utilization. Quality Impact: Drive delivery excellence and support the growth of the Delivery Management capability within the business unit.
