The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates for permanent roles.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent, focusing on both active and passive candidates.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and long-term objectives.Provide expert advice and market insights to clients, ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies.Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial engagement to onboarding.Leverage your understanding of the tech industry to recruit for roles such as developers, data analysts, IT specialists, and other tech-related positions.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better meet client and candidate needs.Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities on the CRM system.Foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates to establish trust and loyalty.Requirements:Proven experience in permanent recruitment (tech recruitment experience is a significant advantage).Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.International exposure is highly advantageous.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and social media recruitment platforms.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
