Are you with us?About The Brand/DivisionTFG LOGISTICS manages and oversees the Distribution Function of the group. Our 8 Distribution Centres (DCs) and management support staff total over 700 employees working to efficiently move stock to stores.Key ResponsibilitiesData CapturingBasic Clerical jobManage, achieve deadlines, and load supplier invoices on the Merchandise SharePoint portal for timeous supplier paymentsManage and plan day-to-day activities according to workloadsMaintain and ensure compliance with Best Operating Practices (BOP) & OHASAMonitor daily reports from the WMOS applicationManage general & packaging stationery & stock controlDriving efficiencies and ensuring we meet agreed Business SLAs.Maintain accurate records of employees' attendance, leaves and hours worked.Input and update employee Time & Attendance data in the timesheets management system.Generate daily timesheets reports related to hours workedCollaborate with Head of departments, as well as labour brokersCollaborate with Finance to create Purchase Orders on Coupa pertaining to labour brokers invoices.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Time & Attendance tracking system.Provide support during invoice processing and audits related to time and attendance.Qualifications And ExperienceGrade 12 (Matric).A minimum of 2 years working experience as a DC Clerk.System knowledge (WMOS, PMM and ODS will be an advantage).Must be prepared to work under pressure and extra hoursWarehouse and Distribution Centre experienceStrong proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. aggregation worksheet functions (SUM, AVERAGE, etc.) data sorting and filtering, formatting, processing).A high degree of accuracy and strong numeric ability.SkillsInventory/Supply Management.Analysing requirements and problem solving.Vendor relations and process management.Organisational skillTime management and prioritising.Interpersonal communication and relations.Team collaboration.Customer service – problem-solving, communication, technical system knowledge.Adapt to change.Attention to detail.Ability to analyse data and produce detailed reports.BehavioursDemonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, decision-making, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, teamwork & written communicationYou must be flexible as the environment is dynamic and priorities can change.Sets ambitious goals and takes focused action to achieve desired outcomes to deliver measurable resultsAdapts effectively to situations that are complex, uncertain, or lack guidelines and clear informationDevelop plans and prioritise initiatives that align with the organisational goals and objectivesEffectively adjusts their behaviour, approach, and decision-making based on the situationAlways Act in the best interest of our Customers and TFG.Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
