Data Administrator - Sasolburg/ SecundaPhakisa Holdings is looking for a Data Administrator.ResponsibilitiesMaintain integration of data between the contract management system and SAP to provide a seamless flow of information considering governance and compliance requirements.Perform purchase order price changes for contracted goods and services in SAP on instruction from the commercial specialist.Perform master data stewardship on behalf of category management for material and service masters.Execute on SAP Ariba to SAP ECC integration of contracts (development and implementation).Maintain system competency and access requirements to perform SAP Ariba Contract Integration.Maintain a centralized repository of requests for contract integration.Prioritize requests in accordance with request load and urgency.Identify problem areas and address appropriately.Create and assign MDRM Tech 8 requests.Ensure maintenance of source list and quota arrangements.Ensure maintenance of automation rejections.Ensure maintenance of purchase order price changes.Comply with database policies, procedures, standards, and regulations including the Data Protection Act.Provide support and training to users on proactive and reactive data management.Enable and support the Category Management Team.Compile and publish minutes of meetings.Drive and execute travel and accommodation bookings for the team.Manage and oversee pool cars (where applicable).Conduct diary management of the team.Ensure maintenance of team safety records.Desired Experience & QualificationFormal Education: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)Minimum Experience: 3 relevant years in an Administrative or similar role with SAP experience.
