Portuguese language skills at the upper - intermediate level or higher
* Strong communication skills
* Understanding the principles of customer interaction
* Strong desire to work as part of a team
* Time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Typing and language test will have to be completed
* Own transport to and from Somerset West
* Zendesk experience will be beneficial
* Working hours (Mon-Sun 9am - 6pm)
- 3 Month Contract
