Customer Services Representative

Position Summary: The representative is an entry-level Customer Service position and a junior member of the team. The role is expected to carry out basic duties.

Some experience and knowledge of working in a customer service environment is expected; however, it is assumed that they would be trained and will develop experience on all aspects of the role over time. Some oversight would be required to guide them.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Processing orders, credits, loan kit queries, repair order requests.Arranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests.Handling incoming e-mails and calls.Proactively communicating with internal & external customers.Investigating and resolving invoice disputes.Logging and following up on issue resolution and related communication back to the customer.
