Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create engaging training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
Create and Maintain Learning Materials: Design presentations, handouts, and training manuals.
Conduct Training Sessions: Lead training sessions both in-person and virtually.
Assess Training Needs: Develop custom training plans based on identified needs.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Continuously improve training programs by assessing their effectiveness.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Align training programs with company goals by working with various teams.
Provide Ongoing Coaching and Support: Offer continuous coaching and support to customer service representatives.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in customer service.
Monitor and Evaluate Interactions: Identify areas for improvement by evaluating customer service interactions.
Requirements ? Experience as a Customer Service Trainer Knowledge of Customer Service Principles ?
