We are seeking a Customer Service/E-Commerce Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical, procedural, and soft-skills training materials for our employees. This is a full-time, remote role offering long-term growth within an established organization. Call center training experience is desired but not required.Why This Role?Shape our brand narrative across diverse service channelsYour ideas matter; share solutions to elevate our businessWhat You'll Do:Train newly hired agentsConduct 1:1 and group training for new hiresLead Zoom training sessions on Customer Service best practicesAssist with creating SOPs and developing training curriculumWhat We Seek:1-2 years of Customer Service Training experience3-5 years of BPO experience in the Customer Service Industry1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience (preferred)Experience with eCommerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk, etc.Knowledge and experience in eCommerceFamiliarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other CRM toolsExperience with Canva, Trainual App, and Loom (preferred but not required)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional coaching, planning, and organizing skillsStrong attention to detailInternet Requirements:Must have a personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processorDSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection required.LAN connection required (minimum 20 mbps)Compensation:$5/hour + performance bonusesHealth and dental insurancePaid time-offCompany swag kitPerformance and recognition incentivesYear-end bonusReady to join the journey?
