Job DescriptionEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years in customer service, project management, or a similar role.
SkillsStrong organizational and time management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive problem-solving mindset.High attention to detail and quality.Proficiency in document management systems and project analysis.Technologically competent, with sufficient skills to implement multiple Zoho and other low or no-code technologies.Proficiency in PowerPoint.Experience in managing emails and time tracking for executives.Experience in working with, developing, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data and information.CharacteristicsHighly organized and detail-oriented.Eager to take on more responsibilities and grow within a dynamic environment.Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and systems.Driven by a desire to support both clients and the internal team.Capable of thinking, problem-solving, and being accountable.Mature individual.Own transport required.
