Attention all contact center agents willing to work night shifts during US hours with US Medical Dental experience!
Requirements: Previous experience in Sales or Telemarketing.Essential experience in the Medical Dental Industry.Prior experience in Customer Service.Sales background is preferred.Must have 6-12 months of contact center experience or equivalent in high-end retail.International BPO experience is advantageous.
Job Description: Efficiently manage time during customer contacts while maintaining quality objectives.Demonstrate active listening or reading skills, along with disposition, kindness, empathy, enthusiasm, patience, and the willingness to go the extra mile for end-user satisfaction.Strive to resolve issues in the first contact whenever possible, utilizing empowerment and assertive escalation when necessary.Apply common sense and critical thinking.Adhere to defined procedures and use work tools correctly.Commit to continuous improvement and promptly fulfill improvement actions agreed upon with your superior.Follow security and confidentiality policies set by the company and our clients.Immediately report any incidents or events preventing the fulfillment of job duties to your immediate superior.Promptly report any incidents or events endangering the safety of staff, clients, or the company to your immediate superior or management.Perform any requested functions or tasks from your immediate supervisor.
