Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their vibrant team.

Requirements: Grade 12.
At least 3 – 5 years within a customer service / internal sales support environment.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and CRM Systems.
Bilingual, English and Afrikaans.
Must have experience working on an ERP system.
Basic knowledge of export processes will be an advantage.
Responsibilities: Processing of Sales Orders: Ensure orders are captured correctly within specified deadlines.
Invoicing of orders.
Ensure orders are dispatched within specified deadlines.
Processing of export orders.
Daily Order Management: Follow up on and manage production orders, providing feedback to customers.
Follow up on and manage import orders, providing feedback to customers.
Management of blanket orders.
Prepare orders and documentation required for export orders.
Assist walk-in customers and process quotations.
Quotations and Payments: Receive and process quotation requests, ensuring timely responses to customers.
Process payments received for quotations.
Assist customers and process cash sales, including payments via card machine.
Salary: R145620 Pension fund and medical aid.
