Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact?
Our client is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to join their dynamic team based in Brackenfell.
Responsibilities:Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, email, and live chatResolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalismEnsure first contact resolution by troubleshooting issues and providing accurate informationUpdate internal systems and escalate issues where necessaryDrive customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and helpful service experienceMeet service level agreements and performance targetsKey Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of successPrior experience as a 2IC (Second-in-Command) or Team Leader is highly desirableMatric qualification (Grade 12) is essentialStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft O365 and the ability to navigate various systems effectivelyProblem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a customer-first attitudeAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentMust be comfortable working shifts, Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00Preferred Attributes:Experience in roles dealing with escalations and complex issuesAmbitious, articulate, and a team player with a passion for customer service
